First-- OMG, totally didn't even notice Steve Carrel. Second-- I loved the trivia aspect of this episode. As a trivia nerd myself, it played out really well. I loved that Kelly was able to get the answer based on her Kardashian/Dancing with the Stars knowledge. I also thought how they knew the answers to be very likely. I didn't care for the second half of the episode (quite honestly, I don't even remember what happened in the other half). I wished the whole episode had revolved around the trivia night. (I did think it was stupid that the team was going to give their prize money to the company. Who the hell does that in real life??)

It's about time - this was my favorite episode this season by far. We are finally getting to a point where we know what Andy is going to be like, along with all his baggage. Kevin and the "fun" crew are showing some pop-culture value, and create a place in Andy's asrenal of use. I will agree that Andy buying paper to meet the quota is sad and stupid, but it's also right in line with Andy''s character. I thought this episode hit the right buttons in line with the characters we know and love.

I hate to admit it but I had to ask my gay friend what a grinder account is. I got the same reaction as the people in the bar when it was told to Ryan to stop checking it. Thankfully the laughter turned to understanding when i said it was on a show and I didn't know what it was. (btw its an app that people use to set up "hook ups" in your local areas)
