Another great episode and I love Michael getting into a relationship again. Anyhows, the show without Michael, I\\\'d wouldn\\\'t like see him go. You guys at the Office are sooo much into the Office! It\\\'s soo great about people\\\'s everydays situations relating to work and personal. It\\\'s soo much a people\\\'s thing you know. Michael, just extent your contract and stick with your team and show again you\\\'re a people\\\'s person, communicator! Cheers!

As for Steve leaving The Office, I\'d hate to see him go, but NBC won\'t give up the extra revenue of a Season 8. Which means someone will replace him. The possibilities: -Darrell: Brought upstairs, he\'s one of the few \"normal\" people in the office. A sensible, if unfunny, replacement. -Kelly: Being groomed for executive status, is vapid and silly. Would make an okay replacement. -Jim: Already been the boss, and the logical person for the job. We\'d probably see a return to \"dumb Jim\" which I would not welcome. -Dwight: A dream come true for him, but he would fire most of the staff. Plus, it looks like he\'s going to own the building, and hilarity is expected to ensue. -Andy: The dark horse, but probably the best choice. He\'s arrogant, dumb, and goofy, all of the best Michael traits. He\'s the closest member of the cast to Michael, and could very easily fill the role of boss. No one inspired, but the next boss is on that list.
