Episode # 126 of THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID finds both Matt and Kevin experimenting with "podcasting of the unsettling." It's that time of year again when young hearts turn to thoughts of... fear. Or, at least the "unsettling." When Robert California expresses his high expectations for the annual Halloween party, Andy feels the pressure to deliver... and poor Wendy (er... Erin) isn't cutting the mustard. What's a manager to do? Meanwhile, Jim and Pam argue about ghosts, Dwight meets his intellectual equal, Toby gets fired, and Robert California gives his own demented version of the "one more thing" speech. At least we can take solace in the fact that mummies aren't real. Right? RIGHT?? Incidental music provided by Music Alley from Mevio. I just listened to your podcast and it helped me understand why I disliked this episode. Having things go badly for Erin doesn't work in a comedy. I could see her as the angelic heroine who meets a tragic fate in an Italian opera, but in a sitcom it doesn't work. She isn't a strong character who can take care of herself and determine her own fate; rather, she is the poor little simple-minded orphan. No one wants to see that kind of person screwed over, and you can't milk comedy out of it. The writers need to either give her character a break or else rewrite her into someone with a brain and a backbone. Love the podcast! Wish you had better material to work with.

Hey guys, the podcast is great, i love hearing about your in-depth opinions on these new episodes that have been declining in quality since former seasons. I'd like to share my opinions on Doomsday, tomorrow's episode. Obviously, if there is going to be an episode dedicated to Dwight's idea to get people fired, someone will get fired. They can't just pull these things out as a filler episode, somehow this episode will affect the season story arch. Perhaps Andy will fight to keep Erin's job safe. Maybe some movement with Angela's crappy plotline. I guess we will see.
