I just wanted to say I agree with Matt about Karen\'s husband being \"Jim.\" The picture him in a hot dog costume. There were lots of pictures Karen doing things with her husband that Jim and Pam would also do, although Karen never would do those things with Jim. I think there was plenty of evidence that Karen married another Jim.

I\'m with Mudball in giving Michael some respect for the things he does well. Michael is maddening in his unintentional insulting comments over the years. But he does some things well - managing and public speaking - compared to everyone else in the office. Maybe he\'s good at these because of all the mistakes he\'s made, but at least in a couple of areas, he does learn from his mistakes.

I really liked the return of the nicer Pam, and she helped Michael get closure, and also the throwback to Karen being the branch manager at Utica, and getting closure on that story from a few seasons back Also, the Dwight and Jim stuff was really funny, especially Dwight\'s speech about his feelings, and his defending of his effeminate sign, great stuff. Great episode, and I loved the shout out for the second week in a row, thanks again!

Yeah, I definitely thought that this episode wasn\'t one of the best, and agree with the weird cat licking thing being a \"jump the shark\" moment. I think Mindy Kaling\'s comments on officetally.com really cleared up all the extra plot stuff though. Looking forward to a new episode next week!

twice now, first jim then pam had to take over for michael and in both cases, they fall into the stupid ways that michael does things. in each case i don\'t feel that Jim or pam gained a newfound respect for how hard being the boss is. ALSO, Kelly\'s storyline was a reapeat storyline, but i just giggled my ass off when she chose a nap and then said she was too excited to sleep.
