Yes, we'd sure appreciate it if you'd order the season five DVD/blu-ray set through the TWSS Amazon link to your right, but we understand if you're one of those people looking to take advantage of the exclusives and extras the various big box stores throw your way. Case in point-- Best Buy, after offering the "fun run" pack last year, is back with more Schrute Farms crap than you can shake a beet at: Included in the pack is the DVD set, a beet shaped stress ball, a "do not disturb" door hanger, a mousepad, magnet, and t-shirt. The set is available in limited quantities, and will be selling for $41.99 when it drops on Tuesday. Target is offering their own exclusive, which includes Michael Scott Paper Company graphics, "a 45-minute interview with the writers, plus a script and inspirational cast magnets." Price is $39.99, and will also be dropping this Tuesday. This also leads into a difficult decision for me-- now that I own a PS3, do I spend the extra $10 for the blu-ray versions? You don't get any of the fancy extra shirts or magnets, but you do get the wonderful HD picture for $41.99/42.99 at Best Buy/Target.

Every season I do debate what \"version\" of the dvd to buy. This year I went with the bonus DVD. Last year I got the Fun Run tshirt/accessories and didn\'t really use anything, I never used the water bottle or wore the \"Support the Rabid\" braclet. Sure it would be fun to have a Schrute Farms Do Not Disturb sign, but after an hour it would just sit and collect dust, I\'d never use it and would never be willing to part with it. I think I made the right decision.

I am SHOCKED that the DVD front artwork has only Michael, Dwight, Jim, Pam, Andy, and Ryan. Notice who is not there? Any of the minority characters! Only white people allowed on the front! And then the back cover shows every character, but strangely Stanley, Kelly, Oscar, and Darryl are all clumped together on the side. Like they are segregated! The Office may be racist.

The Target special edition Office DVD has a 45 minute Q&A session with all the Office writers. There\'s one fat black writer. None of the other writers, all white except for Mindy Kaling, asked him anything to get him into the conversation. He gets to say nothing, and his name isn\'t even announced. As a black man, I would have liked to hear from the one black writer. No respect.
