It's about four minutes longer than the original cut, and as I thought they (for the most part) simply wove the footage from the already aired deleted scenes back into the episode. There were a few new bits (Angela's wedding dress, Phyllis talking about her house, etc.), but most of them weren't too essential. Kevin might be happy, as this new cut definitely fleshed out the microwave plotline-- the escalating notes definitely rang true to me (and the "I'll knock your teeth out" line will be worthy of speculation). A big "boo" to Hulu for blacking out the penises on the notes, though--took a bit of humor out of that deleted scene. I honestly think this cut DOES make FRAME TOBY a better episode than the original cut, although that might be faint praise for some. What did you guys think? Did this change your mind at all, or was it just more of the same?

I really liked seeing Pam stand up for herself regarding the microwave in the extended cut. I thought it was too big a moment to be relegated to the the deleted scenes. There\'s even that moment where she\'s talking about how much life experience she\'s accumulated in New York in just a short time compared to Scranton, which is pretty important to the Jim and Pam plot-line if Pam is feeling that way.

Marginally better. Agreed the microwave plot is actually fleshed out a bit (though still lacking without learning the identity of the culprit). Still all kinds of flaws in the episode. The Ryan/Kelly \"goodbye\" scene is earlier in the episode (before the cops arrive) and I just noticed both are wearing different clothes in this scene than from the rest of the episode. That scene would have made a much, much better episode close than Dwight\'s story. If you remove a bit of the \"drug buy\" scene I think more of the microwave story could have fit into this episode.

I agree this episode was better with the extra material...but I am in the minority that liked it to begin with. The \"beCAUSE\" line gets me everytime. I also really like Dwight this episode and enjoy the little touches the writers (or Rainn) added referencing the \"mustard\" shirt and the \"air\" karate punches in the fight scenes.
